A key part of this is the leadership of Washington’s public four-year college and universities to offer an array of programming efforts and resources to instill financial literacy among students, partner with the state to increase access and completion to an affordable quality higher education for Washingtonians and engage with the state to minimize the role of loans to finance a college education.
